The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) mission is "To improve the quality of life for Delaware's citizens by promoting health and well-being, fostering self-sufficiency, and protecting vulnerable populations." Within DHSS, the Division of Public Health offers a variety of preventative health services and programs throughout the State of Delaware.
