Shamrock Scramble 5K Run/Walk, Dover, DE, 10 am

Rain or Shine. Kiddie K starts at 9:50 a.m at Dover’s Silver Lake Park – Enter from State Street for beach side parking. The course is a 5K Run/Walk through scenic Silver Lake Park and Dover’s Historic District. Registration is $18 until March 7, $20 after and on event day. Kiddie K is FREE. Join us for a chilly morning walk as we search for signs of animals waking up after a long winter’s sleep at White Clay Creek State Park in Newark (425 Wedgewood Road, Newark, DE). Hike and Hot Cocoa, Wilmington, DE, 1-3pm


Join us at Flint Woods at Brandywine Creek State Park for a winter hike. We will transport you in a warm van to hike and back to the Nature Center for a steaming cup of cocoa and a light snack. Mid-Atlantic Multisport Indoor Triathlon Series #4 , Springfield, PA, 7:30-9:30am

Whether you are an aspiring triathlete contemplating your first race or a seasoned veteran looking for a great workout, our Indoor Triathlon Series provides all of the excitement of outdoor racing without the shivering and numb fingers and toes! Participants will complete 10-minutes of swimming in an indoor heated pool, 20-minutes of cycling on a stationary bike and 20-minutes of running on a 200 meter indoor track.  Enter just one or compete in all four series races for great prizes! Join in on this race benefiting the Bernard and Ruth Siegel Jewish Community Center. The event takes place at the Jewish Community Center located at 101 Garden of Eden Road, Wilmington, DE. Get up and running in this race benefitting the National Parkinson Foundation.
